The foundation of Open Arms is built on God's love and the goal of touching all those involved in Open Arms with God's love so that they, too, might experience the fullness of life in His family.

We at Open Arms promise to:

• Value each child as a unique and special child of God, encouraging individuality and promoting self-esteem
• Provide a program designed to meet the total needs of each child
• Value a child's play experience as an avenue for learning and provide a developmentally appropriate environment
• Provide a small group experience, increasing a child's ability and knowledge through interacting with other children
• Partner with parents to provide resources and support for parenting issues
• Develop and support a staff committed to a ministry of excellence in child development
• Respect each child regardless of race, creed, nationality, or ethnic origin
• Provide a home away from home atmosphere for our children, parents, and staff
• Provide nutritious and tasty snacks and lunches that meet DHR requirements
